How long does an initial consultation take?
Most initial consultations are between 45 and 60 minutes, it can be prolonged to 90 minutes, depending on your child’s conditions and/ or your specific requirement and extra charge will be the case.
What happens during the initial consultation?
An initial consultation we work closely with parents/ caregivers to look into your child’s symptoms and to understand how those symptoms developed, what may be the risk factors and how can be helped. The consultation will be ended with a management plan, follow-up appointments or refer to other professionals for further investigation and/or treatment.
How long will it take to get a doctor appointment?
We can typically get appointments booked within one to 3 days. Depending on availability, we can also offer last-minute appointments – call us to ask for availability.
Will I get a report after my appointment?
Most clients come to us for diagnosis and treatment, not for a report. However, we can prepare reports by request. In this case the clients need to pay an extra charge for the report produced. Normally, the report takes around 2-5 days from the date of the initial assessment until the report is delivered. Even though, in some circumstances delays may occur.
Can I have an online consultation?
It depends on your child’s specific condition, but in most cases, it is possible to arrange. Call us to take up.
